Who we are
Two Fitters Who Care About the Detail
Compass Flooring was founded by Tom and Baron two experienced flooring specialists who grew tired of seeing jobs done badly. Too many fitters skip the prep, rush the fit, and disappear. We built this business on the opposite principle.
Based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, we cover a 50-mile radius across the county from Norwich and Lowestoft to Dereham and Diss. Residential or commercial, one room or a full building: we treat every job the same way.
Our signature is the free home sample visit. We bring a curated selection of flooring samples directly to you so you choose in your own light, against your own décor, with zero pressure. No showroom trips, no guesswork.

Co-Founder & Lead Installer
Tom has been fitting floors across Norfolk for over a decade, specialising in LVT and herringbone installations. He's the one who insists the prep is done right before a single tile is laid.
Baron
Co-Founder & Commercial Specialist
Baron leads our commercial division fully welded safety flooring, care homes, kitchens, and warehouses. His background in commercial contracts means no job is too complex or too large.
