Premium luxury vinyl tile, fitted to a flawless finish: waterproof, warm underfoot and built for everyday life. We cover Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk area, bringing samples to your door for a free, no-obligation quote.
We work across central Norwich, Eaton, Thorpe St Andrew, Sprowston, Hellesdon, Cringleford, Costessey and the surrounding villages. Recent jobs include LVT in a Golden Triangle terrace, full-house carpets in a Sprowston new build, and safety flooring for a care facility off Aylsham Road.
Whether it's a single room or a whole property in Norwich, we measure precisely, prepare the subfloor properly and fit to a standard we're proud to put our name to. Want the full detail on this service? See our Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) page.

What happens
We measure the rooms properly and check what the subfloor is actually made of before quoting anything.
We bring the ranges to you so you can see them in your own light, then quote itemised with nothing hidden.
Latex screeding or ply-lining as the floor needs it, and damp-proofing where the moisture readings call for it.
Set out from a centre line so the cuts fall evenly, then trimmed in around every edge, pipe and threshold.

Yes. We are based in Great Yarmouth and Norwich sits well inside the area we work in, along with Wymondham, Dereham, Aylsham, Wroxham. We cover the NR1–NR8 postcodes and the villages around them.
Yes, and it costs nothing. We bring the samples to you so you can see them in your own lighting and against your own décor, rather than under showroom spotlights. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
We do not publish a fixed price list, because the figure genuinely depends on the room, the subfloor and how much preparation it needs. We measure at the free home visit and give you an itemised quote, so you can see what every part of it costs before deciding.
Sometimes — it depends on the condition and the height of what is there. Old boards, uneven screed or anything that moves underfoot has to be prepared first. We check the subfloor at the survey and tell you then, rather than finding it halfway through the job.
Yes, herringbone is one of our specialities. It needs careful setting-out and a great deal more cutting than a straight plank floor, so it takes longer, and we plan the layout with you before anything is stuck down.
